Role Description
This is a flexible role for a Director of Nursing at Comfort Keepers in our Tryon and Shelby locations. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes and other care settings. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, and providing support to clients and their families along with training and supervising caregivers. The nurse will collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure the well-being of clients. This position is meant for a growth oriented individual who understands the benefits of in-home care.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Proficient in performing nursing assessments and developing care plans
Familiarity with Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and other chronic conditions
