She rocks!!!! Personable, informed, kind, all around a great provider. She told me how the clinic was going to learn more about trans Healthcare and I thought that was great. Five million stars to the provider. Her midwife student wad also great!

I felt listened to and heard during my encounter with Rachel. She spent very little time at her computer and provided eye contact/active listening techniques. I became tearful during my testimony in which she provided much comfort and advice. She addressed all of my concerns and I felt much better after our encounter.

Rachel is the first provider to listen to me about my concerns with PCOS. Every provider before would only give me the solution of losing weight, a very difficult task with PCOS. Rachel ran tests and gave actual solutions. Her kindness inspired me to get the help I needed. 100 lbs down and I reversed my diabetes. She even inspired me to further my career to become a nurse practitioner so that I can treat my patients with the same amount of kindness she gave me that changed the course of my life. Thank you.

Rachel was wonderful! She was welcoming, approachable, and personable. And it was evident that Rachel actually reviewed my chart prior to seeing me because she referenced something related to previous care I received. Furthermore, I believe Rachel would have spent as much time with me as needed more time to answer questions and address any concerns which is a rare experience with healthcare providers. I didn't have questions or require more time but it was nice to feel like it was ok if I did.
