WoodFINAL JUDGMENTANDDECREE OF DIVORCEThis cause came before the Court on November 15, 2012 on the Complaint of the Plaintiffdated July 10, 2012; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the Defendant hasbeen duly served with summons and a copy of the Complaint as required by law and rules of Court,which service is hereby approved, and the Court has jurisdiction of the Cause of this Action and theparties hereto.That the Defendant has due and legal notice of the Complaint in the pendency of theproceedings herein; andThe Court further finds that Defendant is in default of Answer or appearance, and therefore,admits the allegations of the Plaintiff's Complaint to be true; andThe Court further finds that the Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the State of Ohio formore than six (6) months and a resident of the County of Montgomery for more than ninety (90) daysprior to the commencement of this action.The Court further finds that the Plaintiff and Defendant were married at Dayton, OH, onNovember 16, 1996; and that there has been one child born as issue of said marriage, to wit: LewisBrown, born 06/25/97 and who is in the care and custody of his qunt, Tracy Tory by MontgomeryCounty Juvenile Court order case number unknown. Montgomery County Juvenile Court shall retainjurisdiction over all issues concerning the minor child including but not limited to child support,custody, parenting time, cash medical support and health insurance.The Court further finds that the parties have been living separate and apart continuously formore than one (1) year as alleged in the Complaint, by reason of which the Plaintiff is entitled to aDivorce from the Defendant.IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the marriagecontract heretofore existing between Plaintiff and Defendant be, and is hereby dissolved and held fornaught, and both parties are hereby released from the obligation of the same. Plaintiff is thereforeawarded a JUDGMENT AND FINAL DECREE OF DIVORCE.Spousal SupportIT IS ORDERED by the court that no spousal support shall be paid by either party and furtherthis court shall not retain jurisdiction in this matter.The Court further finds that the social security numbers of the Plaintiff and Defendant are asfollows: Plaintiff, social security number EE and Defendant, social security number Hla.The Court further finds that the date of birth of the Plaintiff is 09/14/63 and the date of birth ofthe Defendant is 02/05/70.Personal PropertyIT IS ORDERED by the Court that each party shall keep and retain as his or her own separateproperty any items of personalty and/or furniture now in his or her possession.Real EstateIT IS ORDERED by the Court that the parties have no interest in any real property eithertogether or separately.Debt AllocationIT IS ORDERED by the Court that the Defendant shall be responsible for any and all debtsincurred in her name alone and shall hold Plaintiff harmless on any liability or claim thereon. Theparties share no marital debt.IT IS ORDERED by the Court that the Plaintiff shall be responsible for any and all debtsincurred in his name alone and shall hold Defendant harmless on any liability or claim thereon.
