@Xfinity A tech visit is already scheduled for tomorrow AM, which will hopefully solve the problem. Connectivity has been inconsistent since the service began a little over a month ago, and phone/chat tech has no idea why.

Damn like I really couldn't sleep so I pulled out the handy dandy old ass tablet we have. Pulled up that old ass Xfinity stream service and tried to catch up on sh*t. But it truly duly just updated on me and logged my ass out from the phantom account I had. Damn.

In Chicopee, we know first-hand how big corporate monopolies like Charter Spectrum do business — and it’s the same for Comcast, Verizon, and all the others. They force people to pay ridiculous prices in exchange for poor service because they know consumers have no other options.

Can someone in the know please explain to me how this @WWENetwork on @peaco*ckTV works? I get Peaco*ck as part of my @Xfinity package. I've also been paying $9.99/month for #WWENetwork. Do I need to keep paying for Network since I have Peaco*ck? Is app diff from what's on Peaco*ck?

I think Xfinity is legit stumped, because speeds directing to Xfinity-related servers are still just fine. But YouTube is broken. Some websites don’t work. I’m afraid to turn on my Xbox One or Switch, since they probably can’t connect at dial-up speeds.

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

Wow, @Xfinity sure is quiet tonight while its internet service in at least the northeastern US is broken. Less than 2Mbps down on a 300Mbps plan, and I’m not alone. What’s happening in Philly? Any public acknowledgement? Any “We’re working on it?” No? Nothing?

@matvelloso Yeah. Once comcast bumped the gigabit to like 1.2gbps just for brags I bumped my whole network to 10gb and cable modem with 2.5gbe port just to squeeze that extra bandwidth. What do you need?

There's nothing quite like arguing with an AI customer representative. I'm looking at you, @comcast. When there's an outage, resetting your modem doesn't fix it, so don't keep telling me I need to reset my modem and just put me through to a human like I asked.
